Pickles

Pickles is a Rhesus Macaque who was released from a research facility on the East Coast.

She arrived a Mindy's Memory with her cage mate Olive on June 8, 2009

Pickles is approximately 10 years old and spent her first years in research.

Olive and Pickles joined Rudy, a male Rhesus, to retire in comfort.

Pickles loves to help Olive groom their new friend Rudy, play with toys and enjoy the grass in her spacious enclosure.

As the dominant female, Pickles reaches out unafraid to take her food.

She is enjoying a diet of bananas, apples, oranges, potatoes, celery, lettuce, zucchini, peanuts and monkey biscuits.
